PaSgetti's- Our Story



	Founded by experienced restaurateur Charlie McCabe, PaSgetti's has served great Italian food to Bellevue and surrounding areas since October of 1997. We have specialized in homemade Italian favorites like Spaghetti, Lasagna, Alfredo, and many other dishes. In March of 2009, we took a step in a different direction and added Hickory Smoked Bar-B-Q to our menu. From BBQ Pork and Brisket, and Spare Ribs. After success PaSgetti's added farm raised Catfish to the menu. Our menu is full of choices for you and your entire family. Come by and see why PaSgetti's has been around for 14 years! Charlie McCabe Charlie has been around restaraunts for over 30 years and learned from his parents, Charlie and Donna. The McCabes owned and operated the Loveless Cafe from the mid 1970's until it was sold in 2003. In 1979, the younger Charlie opened a place of his own, The Natchez Trace, in Bellevue which flourished until 1994. After spending some time away from restaraunts, he began to feel the itch once again, and in the summer of 1997 decided Bellevue needed a take out Italian place. We opened in October of that year and have been here ever since. We have enjoyed serving you for all these years, and look forward to many more! In 2011 Charlie joined up with his friend David Olin and opened the Back Alley Diner in Downtown Nashville. Check out their website at Back Alley Diner.com.

Charlie McCabe
